Welcome to Our First Ever! Whidbey Island Culture Fest
Whidbey Island is home to a diverse array of cultures. We want to celebrate our Dutch, Irish, Filipino, Latino, African and all the beautiful cultural contributions that enrich our vibrant community. Join us for a two-day event dedicated to honoring the rich tapestry of Whidbey Island!
Whidbey Island Culture Fest is an evolution of Holland Happening, providing an opportunity to explore your heritage, share your traditions, and embrace new ones as we come together to celebrate our beautiful island.

Experience the vibrant Whidbey Life! Indulge in delicious food, explore unique shopping opportunities, enjoy games, and discover the area’s rich history through a variety of different vendors who are eager to share a piece of their culture with you.
REMINDER**
All vendors participating in the Whidbey Island Culture Fest must submit their payment along with the Certificate of Insurance (COI) by March 31st. If both the payment and the required documentation are not received by this deadline, your application will be withdrawn, and no refunds will be issued.

Join us on Bayshore as the streets come alive with amazing performances! Firetrucks, police cars, preformers, and dancers will be taking to the streets with music, lights, and treats to celebrate Whidbey Island.
