Holland Happening & International Festival returns to Oak Harbor as a vibrant two-day spring celebration honoring Dutch heritage while embracing diverse cultures of Whidbey Island. The festival features live music, a lively street fair and parade, artisan vendors, international food, the iconic Klompen races, and so much more!
